The model got on Bynes’ bad side when she tweeted: “The fact that Amanda Bynes has any 'support' to retweet is really unsettling.”

Then she added her followers should “Support people with mental illness, yes. But don't condone/enable scary and poor behavior.”

Chrissy Teigen is getting into the wedding spirit. With a few months to go until her fall nuptials to John Legend, the host of VH1's Model Employee got in some practice, by serving as ring bearer in a mock wedding at Campari's Annual Bartender Bash in New York. 

"I'm excited. I can't wait for the ceremony. [John] and I have been working and traveling so much that we just let our wedding planner do everything," Teigen told PEOPLE on Sunday night. "We're not neurotic about it. I just want to finally see all of my friends in one area."

The identities of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit models are a closely guarded secret — the chosen few are sworn to silence until the magazine’s debut — but West Vancouver’s Kate Bock blew that silence right off the bat.

There's another Kate in town... and she's also a blonde Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue bombshell.

Kate Bock has been named Sports Illustrated's 2013 Rookie of the Year, as voted upon by visitors to SportsIllustrated.com.

21-year-old Bock beat out Hannah Davis, Natasha Barnard and Emily DiDonato (Jake Gyllenhaal's rumored girlfriend) for the title, winning 41 percent of the online vote.

The West Vancouver native has modeled for Victoria's Secret and also appeared in Lonely Island’s “Jack Sparrow" music video (which, if you've never seen it, you should go watch immediately).

But a Rookie of the Year win could mean even bigger things for Bock -- after all, Kate Upton herself won Sports Illustrated’s Rookie of the Year title in 2011 and went on to cover the Swimsuit Issue in 2012.

Then again, Upton also edged out 2012's Rookie of the Year, Nina Agdal, and snagged a second cover in 2013.

There's no guarantee that Bock will get her moment to shine (or shiver) on the coveted cover in 2014.
