Russian Angel

For centuries the world has wondered what to believe about Russia. The country has been reported variously as a land of unbelievable riches and indescribable poverty, cruel tyrants and great minds, generous hospitality and meddlesome bureaucracy, beautiful ballets and industrial monstrosities, pious faith and unbridled hedonism. 

These eternal Russian truths coexist in equally diverse landscapes of icy tundra and sun-kissed beaches, dense silver birch and fir forests and deep and mysterious lakes, snow-capped mountains and swaying grasslands – those famous steppes. Factor in ancient fortresses, luxurious palaces, swirly spired churches and lost-in-time wooden villages and you’ll begin to see why Russia is simply amazing.

Today, Russia not only started to become one of the economy body e.g. China, but also advancing in many of prospective. One of the aspect is the 'Russia Girl', 

Russian women tend to be much more family-oriented than their American counterparts. While many successful American women seem to put their jobs first, Russian women consider their jobs only as a means to support the family. Their husbands and children come first. 

    Russian women do not think it is wrong to believe that women and men are different. Not that one is better or worse than another, but equal in different ways.They are not slaves, but equals. Russian women believe that men and women have different roles in life, and these roles seem to reflect the roles which existed during the 1950's here in the US. They want to keep the house, cook the meals, etc.

    Russian women are less materialistic than many Americans. As long as they have a roof over their heads, and, surprisingly enough, a car (not necessarily a good one, but anything), that is enough. 

Russian women are feminine, loving, sweet, and traditionally minded. They can be your best friend, your lover, your partner. They can be the answer to your prayers. 

    But they are not for everyone. They are not slaves or servants. They will not accept you only for your wallet. And they are not for men who are hidebound in their ways.

In any relationship you might want to pursue, put in your real efforts and be sincere all the time, nevertheless where the girl comes from. Comments are welcome !

Russian Moooo~ Ads

Russian do know about photography and even marketing skills when it come to promoting a simple product just like milk. In the coming series of photos, we can see the talented photographer, Elena Nikiforov, turning all these girls into a highly commercial models that not only showing their gorgeous face but also picking up the interest of the potential buyers.

This shot give me a sense of 'cow' with milk pouring in and the girl biting a veg and smiles to you , enough to melt you for the sake of the milk. Use your imagination !! XP 

I see this as a conceptual shot especially when that splash of milk trying to  mimic to a dark circle to a cow eye. 

This shot is more towards a high fashion feel when the seemless background  calm us down and without inspect properly, you might thought the splash had integrate with the model, just sort of like a neckcloth ?

Wonderful is the first word i can think of, in describing this image. The model  enjoys the pour !

This shot gives a very dynamic and elegant feel where you might link it with  some sort of hair ads? Pantene?  Perhaps.

The graduated dimmed background gives a cold yet modern feeling where the model is acting  with a black  rope to in surviving the milk pour.

It seems that the milk comes with unlimited supply which the model is also curious of.

Thirsty?  Posing milk with sexiness may bring more male audiences than you never expected !

This is truly the most elegant i can say, what else do you expect? The milk is blended so well  until it act like a dress  !

Cosplay for the Girls

Cosplay (コスプレ kosupure) is when people dress up as their favorite character from anime, cartoons, video games, movies, or television shows. Typically this activity takes place during theme parties or at large-scale conventions like Comic-Con.

The cosplayer's purpose may generally be sorted into one of three categories, or a combination of the three. Most cosplayers draw characteristics from all three categories:

The first is to express adoration for a character, or in feeling similar to a character in personality, seeking to become that character. This type of cosplayer may be associated with being a fan and is often labeled as an otaku. Other characteristics may be an enthusiastic manner and less attention to detail and quality. Such cosplayers are also most likely to adopt the character's personality and are known to criticise other cosplayers for not having a full knowledge of their character, or not also adopting character mannerisms.

The second is those people who enjoy the attention that cosplaying a certain character brings. Within the cultures of anime and manga specifically, as well as science fiction and fantasy, there is a certain level of notoriety that is attached to cosplayers. Such cosplayers are usually characterised by attention to detail in their garments and their choice of popular characters. They are also noted by participation in cosplay competitions.

There are more and more western figures especially  Marvel and DC Comics character had been play by  cosplayers nowadays.

The third is those who enjoy the creative process, and the sense of personal achievement upon completion. Such people are more likely to have a greater budget dedicated to the project, more complicated and better quality outfits with access to more materials. They are also more likely to engage with professional photographers and cosplay photographers to take high quality images of the cosplayer in their garment posing as the character.

The most popular form of presenting a cosplay is by wearing it to a fan convention.The single largest event featuring cosplay is the semi-annual doujinshi market, Comiket, held in Japan during summer and winter. It is capable of  attracting hundreds of thousands of manga and anime fans.

The largest event for cosplayers outside Japan is the annual San Diego Comic-Con. The biggest event in the UK is the London MCM Expo, while the biggest event in all of Europe takes place in France at Japan Expo in Paris, with an attendance of over 200,000 in 2012.
