She is the A-list actress with the picture perfect family, who likes to share her tips on how to live a wholesome life just like her.
But it seems Gwyneth Paltrow wasn’t always such sweetness and light as a yearbook photo of the star when she was in her senior year at Spence School, New York shows.
In fact the 40-year-old appeared to be going through a rebellious stage as she posed in a leather jacket with hoop earrings while blowing a bubble with a cheeky look on her face.
Her faded jean-clad legs are raised in front of her and her fingers, which feature a number of rings, are rested on top.
However while she may have been showing off a tougher side as she geared up to leave school, it seems the rest of her school life was spent being somewhat of a jock.
An image from 1987 shows the star looking very young and fresh faced, but without a doubt recognisable as herself.
