Kim has been plagued by Internet trolls and critics of her pregnancy weight gain - she recently admitted she has trouble finding flattering clothes for her figure. Now you know huh?
'I've gotten wider but my belly hasn't popped yet,' she blogged back in March. 'So I struggle finding things that don't make me look heavy.'

Kim has previously admitted that her body changes have been 'hard to accept,' and a source told the magazine that the stinging criticism had forced her to swap her favorite clinging clothes for looser ensembles.
Focused on staying in shape throughout her pregnancy, Kim has ensured she's made time for regular exercise with celebrity trainer Tracey Anderson.
'Kim is working hard but listening to her body,' Tracy told Us. 'We focus mainly on her arms and legs, training one hour four times a week, depending on how she feels.'
Meanwhile, the star's mother Kris Jenner also revealed Kim is in a good place with her first pregnancy.
'She's just embracing the whole thing,' she told Us. 'It just makes me very proud. She's happier than she's ever been.'
The 32-year-old Keeping up with the Kardashians star is in the third trimester of her pregnancy - she and boyfriend Kanye West are expecting their first baby in the summer.

Meanwhile, Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci has described Kim as 'the most beautiful pregnant woman he has ever dressed.
The Creative Director for Givenchy was thrilled when the reality star approached him to design her gown for the 2013 Met Ball on Monday and he thinks she looked fabulous in the floral dress while accompanying her boyfriend Kanye West, who performed at the prestigious event.
He gushed: 'She is a really good friend, and I am very happy she came to the Met for the first time. I love Kim. Doing maternity was fantastic.
'She is the future wife of a really good friend of mine. I wanted to have a moment of family... Kim, Kanye and the baby. It will be a family that I will be close to. Kim said, "Ricky, I love what you're doing so much, I am in your hands."
'I have dressed many pregnant women in the past. People can say what they want. To me, pregnancy is the most beautiful thing in the world, and when you celebrate something, you give people flowers. I think she looked amazing. She was the most beautiful pregnant woman I dressed in my career.
